스테이 소도 증축

STAY SODO가 완성되고 2년이라는 시간이 지났다. 우도에 몇 안되는 스테이 중에 많은 사람들에게 사랑을 받아오며 조금 더 나은 경험의 제공을 위해 관리 공간의 확장과 내부 공간에 대한 정비가 필요한 시점에 맞추어 증축을 결정하게 되었다.

최 우선 순위는 관리 공간의 확장이지만 스테이 이용자의 새로운 경험 제공을 위해 사우나를 포함한 티룸을 디자인하게 되었다. 기존의 스테이 소도의 장점은 고스란히 유지하되 마을이 보이는 창과 프라이빗한 사우나 공간을 추가하여 내부 프로그램을 완성하였고, 외부는 기존 조경 영역을 확장하여 산책로 정원을 조성하였다.

Two years have passed since the completion of STAY SODO. As one of the few stays on Udo, it has been warmly embraced by many guests. Over time, the need arose to expand the management facilities and refine the existing interiors in order to provide an even better experience, leading to the decision to undertake an extension.

While expanding the operational spaces was the primary objective, we also designed a tea room with an accompanying sauna to offer guests a new layer of experience. Preserving the qualities that have defined STAY SODO from the beginning, we introduced a window overlooking the village and a private sauna to enrich the interior program. Outside, the existing landscape was extended to create a garden pathway, inviting guests to stroll and experience the site more deeply.
